You / User means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

You represent and warrant that You are 18 years of age or older.
Your use of the Service is also subject to acceptance of the Company’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of personal data.

All payments made for the Service are non-refundable, unless explicitly required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
